Request for Custom gmapsupp.img Hi everyone. I've tried to get my nuvi 265W to read SD cards for 2 days with no luck (different sizes, files, jpg test, formatting, downloading GB's of data.). My gmapsupp.img on the device is 1.62 GB (1,747,681,280 bytes) and that leaves me with only 80.4 MB (84,312,064 bytes) free.
I tried to get MS running so I could do this on my own but wasn't having luck there either. Is anyone able to help create a continuous US map of a similar size?

Currently running: - Software Version 7.80 (jumped straight from 7.4 or so) - Audio Version 2.00 - GPS SW Version 4.10b - Bluetooth SW Version 1.71 Map on the unit is CN North America NT 2013.10 located in the nuvi Garmin gmapprom.img I tried to place the file in SD Garmin named as gmapprom.img, gmapsupp.img, and gmapsup1.img. I tried 2 x 8Gb cards, formatting to FAT32, tried once as exFAT for kicks. I also had a 2GB card I formatted to FAT & FAT32.
I tried the GARMIN JPEG and JPEG tests by putting images in the folder but they didn't shown in the viewer. The 8GB cards are SDHC (I saw mixed reports over the years if they work) and the 2GB is standard. I would love to have the full map work but I don't know what I haven't tried yet: ( Other ideas?
