No admins would let me change my character's name, because I was over 10 hours, but he listened to my problem and changed it without hesitation. It was annoying to have about 5 admins tell me they can't do it, because it's a rule when all they had to do was listen and understand like Maxime did. Maybe it's because he owns the server, I don't know, but either way, this guy is amazing.I dont know who you are and can't remember why I made exception for you now but not all rules have to be applied under all circumstances and be followed blindly and bureaucratically. I'm sure most admins understand that. But its harder for regular admins to make exceptions because of reasons, first I could think of is that they probably didn't have access to the cmd, secondly, they were probably handling multiple issues and also under a pressure not to mess up anything otherwise they'd possibly get into troubles with upper admin's overwatch.
